Everyone must have longed to be able to have a slender body, healthy, slim and certainly out of danger cholesterol, diabetes and even heart attacks are a lot of attacking them with being overweight.
Losing weight is synonymous with burn more calories in the body. If every day you just sit at your computer while you snack, do not be surprised if your body will be getting fat. Here are some tips to slim that you can apply when in office.
* Changing snacks
If during this small jar on your desk more often filled with potato chips or peanuts, now is the time you place a bowl of green salad or fresh vegetables.
* Lots of Drinking Water

* Limiting Portion Meals
Start limiting your portion sizes. If you have been eating one portion of rice, start reducing the amount of 3 / 4 servings up to 1 / 2 servings.
